Does the iPhone 4 advert you that you've passed your 200MB Internet limit?

I bought the iPhone 4, and I got 200MB of Internet. It means I must use my 3G network wisely. Whenever my Internet capacity is full, I'll just turn off the 3G button and use home or any public Wi-Fi. But how can I know my Internet capacity is about to get full? I still haven't used it so what should I do to get advertised when I've reached the limit. Thanks for all of those who answer. God bless.
