Does the Toyota Celica GT-S come with a 4-2-1 Header already?

Does the engine already come with a 4-2-1 sports performance header? Plus, if I add a Magnaflow exhaust, to the AEM intake that has been added to it. How much total torque and how much horsepower would I gain? Would I feel a major difference with the header, and bigger exhaust added to my already installed AEM cold air intake?
