Does this prove or at least indicate that the Volvo XC60 is safer then the Audi Q5?

If you look at the above link they both offer "substantially better" personal injury protection

But if you compare the numbers it seems you are 50% more likely to be injured in the Audi (the Audi's number is 50% higher and lower numbers indicate better protection).

Please tell me what you think

the numbers are close but that doesnt mean better, both cars are around the same price but the audi has more features and looks better. and both insurance cost the same, and you shouldn't believe w/e Volvo sell because according to the EuroCap website (European version of the IIHS) BMW and Audi SUVs are better than Volvo and in this website it says the opposite....... but IIHS state the numbers from their tests, EuroCap state not only the testing results but actual accidents that happened

The Audi Q5 is a solid, safe car, but the Volvo XC60 is an exceptionally rigid and extraordinarily safe car.
