Does Time Warner Throttle Bittorrent Users?

I am moving soon, and am looking forward to getting Time Warner cable, and being able to bittorrent (present ISP throttles torrenting). However, I have been told that Time Warner does not tolerate torrenting, and will throttle and deny service to those who do torrent. Is this true? If it is, does this apply to any time, or are there certain times (on weekends, late at night, etc...) when i can torrent? Will it be alright if i change my settings (I use utorrent) so that it uses less bandwidth?

I have no idea what you are talking about but ill tell you what I do know:
1. You are a paying customer and usually companies want more, not less.
2. Verizon FiOS is the best internet service on the market. If its in your area get it.
