However, I have been told that Time Warner does not tolerate torrenting, and will throttle and deny service to those who do torrent. Is this true? If it is, does this apply to any time, or are there certain times (on weekends, late at night, etc...) when i can torrent? Will it be alright if i change my settings (I use utorrent) so that it uses less bandwidth?</p></blockquote><p></p>
