Hello I just recently signed up for Verizon internet service and I love it, its fast but not too fast. Anyway i was probably on for hours during the first month and then I got my first bill. My first bill was more than 100 dollars. I signed up for the 30 dollar package, so what is going on, or is the extra money i'm being charged just installation fees?
