It gives you a whole lot of 3.5 lakhs of apps, where as windows has somewhere around 1 lakh of apps. There are some other reasons also 1. New on-screen keyboard 2. Streamlined user interface 3. Application and power management 4. SIP Internet calling 5. Download management
