Does zero times infinity approach one?

I know this sounds odd but:
1/X for x=0 approaches infinity
1/X for X=infinity approaches zero
so it stands to reason that perhaps infinity * X for X = 0 approaches 1
and 0*X for X=infinity approaches 1.

Should I be ashamed for not understanding the calculus behind this?

0 times anything is 0.

If you want to get in a serious discussion about math I highly suggest finding a Theoretical mathematics professor and ask them. They might be able to argue for or against.
