Dog 2 1/2 weeks pregnant????

My dog is 2. I breed my dachshund on Sept 30, & Oct 1. She tied 3 times. I know it is to early to tell if shes pregnant but she is paper trained and when she pees sometimes a blood clot will come out. Is this normal since she was just in heat? It has happened twice tonight. I tried to call the vet but there was no answer.
 
do her nipples feel like they are poking out more than usual see how she reacts when you touch her stomach, she could also have a urinary tract infection you can give her cranberry pills, you can get them at a health store but they must be pure liquid gels not azo or anything like that
