I got a 5 month old mix breed dog from shelter. It has been about 1 week since I brought him. However, he is always trying to hide from everyone and does not respond properly to things which should excite him. He keeps staring at everyone with his tail tucked behind his hind legs. I gave him a toy to play but he ran away as if i was trying to attack him. He would not even let anyone touch him.
