Dogs- Eating Birds and wild rabbits?

My sister's dog (Siberian Husky- 6 yrs) EATS birds (the ones that she can get a hold of) and she also ate a rabbit. I'm not sure if she actually ate them or not, but she definatley bit them. Will this do anything to her?
 
You shouldn't allow her to continue this because you can't be sure that the animals she eats are free of disease. It's natural behavior but domesticated dogs have no reason to fend for themselves by catching and eating their own food so it shouldn't be encouraged.
