Doing a photo-video, how to zoom slowly in photos?

Hello,

i am doing a video for a friend of mine with various photos for his wedding.

Is there a program, were it will let you zoom in photos, to show for example his face a bigger at a close up?

I searched the internet but with no result, as i dont know how to search exactly for this software.

Something like this, do it very often on discovery channel.
