Happens, the media automatically labels them as pitbulls.
Very Long...
I find it odd and a little unfair that they don't ever show pictures of these dogs that attacked people. I mean we have pictures of felons who have murdered and raped people, but our media can't take pictures of dogs that have commited terrible actions upon humans.
Don't get me wrong, I don't think that a pitbull (American Pitbull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Dogo Argintino, Cane Corso, Mastiffs, Bull Terriers, American Bulldogs, English Bulldogs, Rhodisian Ridgebacks, Rottweilers etc.) are not capable of attacking people, but if you take into account all these breeds of dogs, and what they are used for these days: fighting, baiting fight dogs, gaurding, trained to attack, etc. Don't you think that we should be looking into the people who have raised them to become this way, rather than look at the dogs themselves. They are domesticated animals, right. They have been bred to be man's best friend, correct? They have been trained to do what is asked of them, it doesn't just come naturally, until people start backyard breeding to get qualities that make other people intimidated by these ince to be respected family pets.
So how can we save them from the bad rap that they get?
Cause its so hard to tell people that they're not all capable of doing this.
