Say it the person answers the first race question and says that they are Caucasian, what the he11 do they need to answer the one underneath of that one that asks "are you Hispanic"?! This country makes a big stink over race and it's sickening! Your color shouldn't have a d@mn thing to do with Jack! I really think that job applications should not have "what is your race" questions on them! This is how so many potential employees get screwed over!</p></blockquote><p></p>
