Download and Convert torrents at the same time?

Is there any type of bittorrent client that allows you to convert the files inside the torrent as it downloads? Like say I was downloading a torrent with a movie in it (somemovie.avi) but I wanted the video file to be in mp4 format. Is there anyway to download and convert it at the same time, instead of having to download it with one program and convert it with another.

There's no such program, and it's not even physically possible to do so. Bittorrent downloads random pieces of the file from your peers. No software can convert an incomplete movie file from one format to another.
