I downloaded a music video, and i have ipfiltering but for got to select udp to be blocked, and while the file was downloading, so i enabled the udp to be blocked, and my ip filtering program logged algerie telecom/anti-p2p and im a bit freaked out so i change my routers mac address which in turn changed my ip address, will this help me avoid those anti p2p companies?

Even bitorrent is p2p, so obviously you don't understand what you are doing. Why do you think it's ok for you to steal?

No. you can block/hide your ip all you want and change you mac address on your router you can even go as far as removing or change you net card with a new one. What's doing people in is the MAC ID on the modem. This unique ID # is used to provision the modem so it can be used on your broadband ISP. This most common way someone is busted for copyright infringement. When you get a letter in the mail from your ISP stating you've been suspected as copyright infringement. Consider that your first warning.
