Downloading apps for 2g iTouch?

Hi, I am looking for mp3 downloaders or video downloaders preferably free and compatible with 2g iTouch, iOS 3.1.3 I would update this but I'm on a PC restriction so any thoughts or brands would be great. I don't mind if they cost money also.

Most apps are not compatible with iOS 3.1.3 and even if they are, they are most likely extremely outdated. With an old iDevice like that, it is probably best to download/torrent the music on your computer and then export it into iTunes and sync it to your iPod.
