Downloading images on Motorola Krzr?

I have a Motorola Krzr and it says fail to download image, when someone sends me a picture. Is there anything I can do to correct this? My text messaging is working fine.
 
you can use the free site Ventones
to make images or ringtones and send them to your phone for free
