Dream interpretation 1920s/1930s?

I had a dream that I was in my normal sleeping place, lookingout the window. The blue building that I see everyday is there, but in the dream a new taller white building was behind it. This building had a roof door, and as I watched thinking it was strage that the building was there (in the dream i didnt remember ever seeing it) I saw first a man and then a woman walk onto the roof and slowly walk off as if nothing to it, no stoppingto think, nothing. they just walked and then fell. after the man was gone the woman came. both were dressed in styles of either 1920's or 30s the man was carrying and unopened umbrella and the woman was wearing a hat and had curly hair. both wore old style trench coats and i could tell the woman had a dress on underneath. just as i thought a 3rd person was coming out i woke up.

this dream seems very odd to me, and i was hoping someone could help me understand it..

i did not dream of my famlling off, or being on the roof. as i stated i was in my sleeping place looking out the window and i say 2 people walk off the roof. like commit suicide.
