Dress like Blair Waldorf? (gossip Girl)?

Hi, I really like the type of clothing that Blair Waldorf wears in Gossip Girl. Kind of Classic with the black tights... I was wondering where i might be able to find clothing like hers inexpensively. I know that H&M has allot of this Style but i wanted to know if any other places in Vancouver Canada did?
