Driving to Las Vegas, need to know how to prepare my car ('07 Camry) for the trip!!?

So I'm heading out to Vegas for the weekend and wanted to know what I should do to prepare my car for the long trip. Please note that I live in CA (so the trip is >500 miles each way). I've currently changed the oil in my car and will have the tire pressure on all 4 tires checked. But I'm not sure if I should look at how much water, coolant, etc my car should have. What should I be inspecting?
