Dropping possession in water? Dream interpretation?

I had this dream last night that i was walking across these floating pads on a lake. I was carrying my bass, which is my most prized possession. I slipped and fell into the water with my bass. At first I was worried about the water damage. Then i dropped it in the water and i couldn't see it anymore. I was so scared/mad i was like "I need goggles, i need to go get it!!!" but then i woke up very relieved.

Anyone have a clue what this dream could be about??
