I went to get my blonde highlights 3 weeks ago from a lady who wanted to "practice her timing" in a salon...she had an hour to do a full head of highlights.....anyways.....since then my scalp has been crazzzzzzzy dry and itchy...today is the worst so far...I am thinking she put the highlight solution directly on my scalp...what do I do??? please help! thank you.
