I got Telus dsl high speed internet
AM i getting cheated because when i run a speed test i got 1600 kb/s and when i download something i only get like 150 transfer rate? why is it so slow? WHat is the the normal speed for dsl and what is transfer rate

you must to 1600/8=200.maybe you use the share internet not dedicate internet ADSL.if you have a dedicate internet you have a 200 Kb\s
