I have a 2006 dodge durango and i noticed that when i am at slow speeds it happens both when the car and cold and warm that i hear a whine type noise almost sounds like some kind of metal rubbing on something. It its noticeable with the windows up and you can clearly hear it when they are down. This SUV has only 25K miles on it. The thing is other than the noise there is nothing wrong. I havent noticted any performance problems that come with the noise. It usually stops once i get up to 25 mph. I have heard this noise both in forward and in reverse. If anyone can help clear this up for me i would greatly appreciate it.
