During sex do you let the guy finish inside you?

My boyfriend really wants to do this. I am 21 and we have been together for a while, I already am on the pill which I take religiously. Do other couples do this and what is it like?
 
As long as you know neither of you have any STD's, and you are the pill, it should be safe.
It's messy, as it drips out afterward, and leaves the 'wet patch'...but it's ok, and you can feel when it happens....:):)
