ok so i'm pretty skinny (5' 5" 110 lbs) so i dont want to lose weight, just eat healthier. I don't really know how to do this, because when ever i try to eat healthier, i lost tons of weight and everyone yells at me. haha. so does anyone know a diet plan or something that maintains weight but is healthy? cause right now my diet is pretty much candy and coke, and i just started gym class, and i want to be able to keep up with everyone. thanks! =D btw im 15.
