My family we are on the road to better food choices ...
We used to eat a lot of fast food but that has gone from 5 days a week to 1 day a week...
What other choices can I do to make our family a lot more healthier with our choices ..
I will give you something we eat ..
Cereal
Oatmeal
pancakes & waffles
corn meal
eggs sometimes with sausage
ham and cheese on white bread
we sometimes eat applesauce and bananas
fruit cocktail the ones from the can
Veggies we eat carrots corn sometimes peas the ones from the can and frozen ones here and there
we sometimes give our kids snacks like pudding , jello animal crackers , cheese crackers
cookies chips cakes ,,, <------------------ we are working on this as well
we drink milk , chocolate and strawberry milk , juicy juice ,, sometimes soda sprite coke ...
Fish rice chicken fried ... sometimes oven baked chicken
I think me and my family are doing alot better since all we used to eat was fast food because we didnt have the time to actually stay still and cook and alll that but now we do so I am learning as I go any suggestions thank you
we are also working on drinking water as well I am not a big fan of water nor my kids but step by step one day we will
