The android operating system will be genuine, but you might find it's a bit slower than say a samsung galaxy tab. If it's defective then they should have a return/replacement policy, check the ebay listing, it should be there. In general there shouldn't be any higher risk of it being defective than the branded ones as the parts will mostly come from the same factories, they just don't have a brand name to raise the price.</p></blockquote><p></p>
