I bought a monitor of eBay back in June but it had a fault screen and after some messages back and forth he agreed to replace it. I sent it back in July but I still haven't received it back. I have been chasing him daily on his mobile and messages on eBay and he is ignoring the all. The last couple of times I spoke to him he was trying to find the tracking number for when he sent it back to me, this was a month ago!
I have filed a complaint on paypal but its too old to do anything about it that way.
Where do I stand. I bought a item and returned it to be replaced and he hasn't given it back to me yet. He now has my monitor and my money!
Can I speak to the police or anyone about it?
