To school on a normal day i'll wear a frilly skirt, some layered vests and a cardigan.
My hair is platinum blonde (bleached) and I have quite a lot of clothes, I just cant seem to put them together so that they look exciting.
What do you think the key items are for a wardrobe like effy's?
