Eggless funnel cake recipes?

I forgot to bu eggs while i was at the store. I was suppose to make funnel cakes when i get home, but this is kind of killing it. So really what im asking is there anything that i can use that i could jsut find in my pantry that i could substitute for the eggs? Or maybe could i even leave the eggs out what would that do? Any help is greatly appreciated thank you.
