In november i upgraded my phone with t-mobile from a sidekick 2 to the blackberry pearl expecting the same features. However, i can't use email. I only have the enterprise business option in the setup for some reason and i have not been given a password for it. I have just tried to setup email via the blackberry site; i clicked my country then t-mobile, entered my pin and system info and it's saying my phone is registered to another network. Yet i got it directly from t-mobile and it's contracted to them. Can anyone tell me whats wrong? I have the web n walk package so emailing should be free? Have they blocked it? do i have to pay an additional fee?
