I used to get great speeds when downloading torrents. But this week recently, I have been downloading torrents, and my speeds are crazy slow. Currently running 3 torrents, one with 2104 seeds, one with 1882, and one with 142. Not even peaking over 25 kb/s.
My ports ARE open. Anyone in Central Florida experiencing slow speeds? Is Embarq following Comcast's line now?
