I suffer with excessive wind!! It's so embarrassing that I have stopped going out..Is there ANYTHING I can take for this?? Please help..

Do not eat, beans, broccoli, sprouts, cabbage, swede, onions, anything spicy, fizzy drinks. Change your diet.

OR GET A PERSCRIPTION DRUG. while at the doctors office SQuueze your butt so hard!! or if you cant hold walk casually to the bathroom and cough when you fart
