I want to sell my saddle.
It is perfectly safe for riding, but is very very old.
The tree is still sound and intact, but flat.
There are NO knee/thigh blocks or rolls on this saddle.
It was made when we were all fearless jumpers and didn't need saddles to hold us in position.
Here is a pic of it:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/40835421@N06/6293645688/ It is 17.5 inches.
The billets are in good shape also. No fittings are included though.
How should I market this saddle? As an antique? AP, jumping or CC? I have heard from many people it is most likely an old old jumping saddle. There is no brand on it, but people have also told me is resembles a lot of todays popular brands.
What would you ask (or offer I suppose) for such a saddle?
Don't feel bad if you need to tell me its worthless, it was a gift.
