enquiry on direct tv equipment.?

I had read few direct tv packages online, they had include standard equipment in their package like dish, receiver and remote.

But there are still some merchants online to sell the direct tv equipment like dish and receiver.. I wonder since all the package had include the equipment, and why there are still customer want to buy their own equipment.. is that any reason behind?
