my phone is a Verizon Envy 2 and it turns off by itself It just turns of at any time randomly even when i am talking or texting. i am out of waranty. how can i fix it myself
You cant fix that. Its just a known problem with many phones.
The best troubleshooting they would offer in cust service is to remove the battery while the phone is on, for about 5 seconds and then power it back up. AND/OR reprogram it with *228 (option 1) --no valuable media or texts are lost in doing either. It just resets all the connections. Like rebooting your computer.
