Message: <blockquote data-quote="homestarr2" data-source="post: 1519511" data-attributes="member: 596346"><p>sony was genius in making the HDD slot.  go to ebay and buy a 2.5" HDD,  any will work.     you can put any brand HDD as long as it 2.5"  into your ps3 as an upgrade.  just remove your original one and replace(only one screw).   just save your game files to a memory card like a psp card or something and then put them back on the new HDD.  you can re install your games onto the new HDD.   I have a 320 GB HDD froms ome random company on ebay and it cost like 90$  almost a year ago.      and i have 280 GB of free space remaining.    about 19 PS3 games some movies music plus all my older games and what not.     320GB HDD and you will never worry about space again</p></blockquote><p></p>
