ESET Nod 32 blocking Internet Explorer?

ESET Nod 32 Business Edition is blocking internet explorer. When I disable the personal firewall I can access the web browser, but when it's enabled it won't load. Is there an option where I can enable the personal firewall and still be able to use internet explorer? Any help would be much appreciated.
 
Check the settings in Nod32 Personal Firewall settings, to see whether IE is being blocked.

Also check all the addons installed onto IE, incase Nod32 is blocking IE because of an ActiveX addon.
