There is enough refrigerant, so why would the a/c short cycle? This only happens when the a/c is on low setting, but when it is on at max, the clutch stays engaged. Could it be the clutch cycling switch on the accumulator? If so, does replacing the switch require having all the freon sucked out of the system? Also I hear rattling whenever the a/c is turned on. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
