All sorts of theories can be assosiated with it and I want to know yours. Here's the bit: This happened the first time when I was 12. I woke suddenly and saw a white form of a man float overhead while I was awake and muttered, 'What the f***' My grandparents ran in and I thought they had heard me cuss, but it turns out I had screamed quite loudly. I couldnt recall dreaming or screaming. It didnt happen again for a long time, not until recently. I am with my boyfriend at our apartment (behind us is a graveyard b the by and the house it happened at before was rumored by neighbors to be haunted, we were renting after a fire) So I have actually been woken up by Kevin in the night with him telling me I was screaming. But I cant remember any dreams or shouting. Which is very odd because besides these times, I always remember my dreams. What do you think this could be. It is getting a tad more frequent now. It cant be night tremors. I dont shake or jerk. Just scream. I read a symptoms list for night terrors and all that fits is the screaming. I am not paniced or disoriented at all. I am mostly calm, a little surprised that I was woken up and cant remember screaming. I respond right away to the people waking me up...I dunno..
