Everytime I turn on my car, my wipers go on and won't stop for like 20 seconds and sometimes they stop straight up, in the middle, half way down, or they set back down. I have to press it until and let them swipe until they set back normally. I also hear a short in my turn signal and often have to place it back so it stops clicking. What could be the problem?</p></blockquote><p></p>
