my abs and upper tummy is pretty toned, but i have a bulge or flabby fat in my lower tummy, as in the area starting from under the navel and below. the fat is mainly in the center of the lower tummy and nt on the sides.so the bulge actually looks a bit awful, since it's flat at the sides and flabby in the center middle part. looks like a small pregnant-ish tummy. does anyone know of exercises that can help me to shed it off and have a completely flat abs n tummy region?a detailed description with illustrations will be appreciated.diet tips are welcome too. thank you.
p.s: since my upper abs are pretty toned, i dn want to stress on them with exercise and make them look muscular, i jus want a flat and smooth toned feminine tummy.
