Anyways, I have a month before I do a run for charity. I'm a bit out of shape and don't want to be dying out there. So I was wondering if there is anything I can do besides running around the neighborhood that would be beneficial to running. Like what exercises could I do? Squats? I don't know. So I've asked you guys
. Well anyways, tell me what you think would be some good cardio exercises to help towards running.
