If I exercise more and stay healthy will my hair be less frizzy and more soft and strong and longer? Right now, my hair is curly but the top is very frizzy and my hair isn't very shiny and smooth. I know the curls is genetics but no one in my family has frizzy hair. And I'm not very active and I heard that exercise increases blood flow, leading to healthier hair. So, will it help? and also, are there any vitamins or foods or something to make my hair healthier and stronger? Thanks so much.
