Expensive handmade cigarettes?

Hello,

I'm wondering, do any of you know any makes of expensive hand-made cigarettes? Like old style ones like you may see in Broadwalk Empire or series like that.. I can't really describe them that well, they're just cigarettes lol.. But there slightly shorter than what you would pick up in a shop and slightly thicker - that kind of a style.
