Basically I'd like to know if there is a site where users can add themselves as an expert on a certain topic (let's say Web Design) and another user comes to the site and adds themselves as an expert on nutrition. A 3rd user signs up as an expert on mechanical engineering etc. etc. Now User 1 could add user 3's IM so they can ask questions related to mechanical engineering to this expert. User 3 could add user 1 and ask questions on web design etc.
So basically kinda like what we have here but people mark down their expertise, meaning you won't get an answer that's a guess and you can properly converse and respond directly to the answer to your question.
