10 people stand in a circle and look at the floor. On the count of three, everyone looks up to somebody else. Each person must choose to look at one of 3 people: The person to the right, the person to the left, the person directly across the circle. When two people make eye contact, both scream. How many distinct ways that silence will occur? What's the probability that no one will scream?
