It arrived, I opened it and it does not work. After some research I found it to be counterfeit. The serial numbers on the package does not match the controller, poor build quality and including no usb. I was new to Amazon and should have checked out how it works I guess, but my question is how I procceed in order to get a refund. Amazon states I must talk to the seller, but if they deal in counterfeits, I would rather talk to and resolve this with Amazon.</blockquote>
